Understand the data before you decide

Use the product records to narrow your choice, then check the exact item and final total with the original source or retailer.

What matters for tools

Match the exact model, voltage, pack contents and whether the battery and charger are included. A bare tool is different from a kit.

Read each date for what it measures

A catalogue update records when the catalogue was assembled. A retailer observation records when that source supplied a price or availability state. Official specifications and evidence may have different dates. A catalogue refresh does not make an older source observation new.

Keep prices within one market

Compare item prices for the same country, currency, condition and variant. Delivery, fitting, taxes and additional services may change the total; missing charges are unknown, not zero.

One retailer is a listing; independent retailers enable comparison

Multiple storefronts belonging to the same retailer group do not establish independent competition. One valid offer can help you find an item, but it does not establish the lowest market price.

Separate evidence from offers

A retailer title or price is commercial information. It does not establish safety, compatibility, hands-on test results or manufacturer specifications. Missing evidence stays missing.

Keep useful records close

Save product links to your research list as you browse. The list stores links and titles in this browser; reopen each page to check current evidence before buying.
