About this tool

This 280 x 115mm (11 x 4½ inch) Marshalltown Stainless Steel Finishing Trowel offers excellent manoeuvrability for detail work and medium-sized plastering applications. The compact blade dimensions provide superior control in tighter spaces whilst still delivering efficient coverage for professional finishing work. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, this trowel is easier to clean and does not corrode, ensuring a much longer lasting tool compared to standard steel alternatives. The blade is cross-ground to maintain its shape throughout extended use, delivering consistent performance on every application. The aluminium alloy mounting is fully heat treated for strength and machine-finished to ensure a perfect handle-to-post fit. The exclusive Diamond Shank fits exactly into the square hole of the bass wood plasterer's handle to eliminate unwanted turning, whilst hardened steel rivets and an extra large toe rivet provide exceptional strength at stress points. The non-welded construction avoids embrittlement issues that can lead to premature breaking.
