About this tool

The Bessey KLI KliKlamp with 400mm clamp capacity is the largest in the range, designed for substantial assembly tasks requiring maximum reach. This variant is particularly valuable for wide panel work, large frame construction, and professional joinery applications where extended clamping span is essential. Despite its impressive 400mm capacity, this clamp weighs just 0.45kg, demonstrating the exceptional engineering behind the KliKlamp design. The sturdy, surface-coated magnesium fixed and sliding arms deliver remarkable strength whilst maintaining the lightweight characteristics that make working with multiple clamps practical and comfortable. The VIBRAFIX stepped ratchet mechanism truly excels at this size, allowing you to generate up to 1,200N of clamping force using just two fingers. This vibration-resistant mechanism is particularly easy to control and releases quickly when you need to reposition or remove the clamp. The crossed v-grooves on the fixed arm provide a secure hold on various component shapes, whilst the ergonomically shaped, breakproof clamping arm made from fibreglass-reinforced polyamide ensures comfortable operation throughout demanding projects. Features and Benefits: • Maximum 400mm capacity for the largest assembly tasks • Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio at just 0.45kg • VIBRAFIX mechanism provides effortless, controlled clamping • Lightweight magnesium construction reduces fatigue when using multiple clamps • Versatile
