Vitrex QEP Xtreme White Rubber Mallet 450g

About this tool

The Vitrex QEP Xtreme White Rubber Mallet is a professional flooring tool designed for safely setting floors without surface damage. This 16oz rubber mallet features a specialist white rubber head that won't mar delicate surfaces, making it ideal for laminate, engineered wood, and tile installation where protecting the finished surface is essential. The mallet head measures 70-75 on the Shore A hardness scale, providing firm impact with minimal bounce for efficient striking. This controlled hardness ensures effective force transfer when tapping flooring panels and tiles into position, whilst the non-marking rubber head protects against scuffs and dents that metal hammers can cause. Built for professional use, the 29cm co-moulded plastic handle incorporates a non-slip rubber grip for secure handling during repetitive striking tasks. This ergonomic design reduces hand fatigue during extended flooring installations, making it suitable for contractors and tradespeople working on larger projects. The versatile design suits multiple applications beyond flooring, including assembling furniture, positioning paving, and general site work where a non-marking striking tool is required.
