About this tool

The Faithfull Professional 8mm HSS Jobber Drill Bit (115mm overall length) is supplied as a single bit, reflecting regular but less frequent use of this substantial diameter. The 8mm size is widely employed for clearance holes for M8 fixings, larger mounting applications, and medium to heavy-duty metalworking tasks across various industries and trades. Manufactured from premium M2 grade high-speed steel and precision ground to meet DIN 338 standards, this robust drill bit is engineered to handle increased drilling forces with confidence. The 135° non-slip split point is particularly beneficial at this diameter, providing immediate purchase on the work surface and preventing the costly damage that can result from bit wander on larger drilling operations.
