Ridgid Rapid Grip Aluminium Pipe Wrench 450mm

About this tool

The 450mm RIDGID Aluminium RapidGrip® Wrench is the larger option in the range, designed for tackling bigger pipes and applications requiring extended reach and increased leverage. This size is ideal for heavy-duty plumbing installations and maintenance work on larger diameter pipework. Despite its larger size, this 450mm wrench is 35% lighter than heavy-duty models, making it remarkably manageable even during prolonged use. The extended length provides greater leverage for loosening stubborn fittings whilst the spring-loaded jaw design ensures quick one-handed operation with a rapid ratcheting action. The unique combination heel/hook jaw design bites the workpiece aggressively and ensures a secure grip across a wider range of pipe sizes. The aluminium construction maintains excellent strength whilst keeping the weight down, making this 450mm model perfect for professional tradespeople who regularly work with larger pipes and need the extra reach and power without the bulk.
