Thor Super Plastic Mallet 950g

About this tool

The 950g Thor Super Plastic Mallet is the heaviest variant in the range, featuring an 80mm diameter head for maximum striking power in the most demanding applications. This robust mallet is engineered for heavy-duty industrial tasks requiring substantial impact force combined with non-marking performance, making it ideal for large assembly work, heavy component fitting, and industrial maintenance operations. Despite its considerable weight, the UHMW-PE Polyex head maintains excellent resistance to fracturing, splintering, and delamination, whilst the anti-vibration wooden handle minimises the recoil and fatigue associated with heavy striking tools. Perfect for offshore, marine, and heavy engineering workshops where maximum force is required without compromising surface protection. Features and Benefits: • 950g weight delivers maximum striking force • 80mm diameter head for large-scale applications • UHMW-PE construction withstands extreme use • Exceptional resistance to chemicals and corrosion • Non-marking impact for heavy-duty component work • Anti-vibration handle reduces operator fatigue Specifications: Hammer Type: Plastic Weight (g): 950 Weight (oz): 34 Size (mm): 80 Colour: White Handle Type: Wooden Handle Length (mm): 380
